We are personally on duty for you on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm.
In addition, we provide a 24-hour emergency service every eleventh day - including weekends and public holidays.
We are also available to you electronically 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via our new web store.

Due to the new US-customs and import-regulations, packages cannot be sent to the US!
Shipping to Canada or Mexico is not possible for the same reasons.
Because Switzerland and UK are not part of the European Union, shipping there is not possible!
